![]() Our room ran out of soap/body wash shortly after we arrived and so we texted "Ivy" prior to going out for the afternoon and when we returned everything was refilled. I would also recommend utilizing the "Ivy" feature which is something of a digital assistant when checking in as well. Our room and the hotel itself was clean and everything was in working order. This worked flawlessly for us and aside from staff in the casino and at the pool we never spoke to a single employee of the hotel and the fact is if we would have had to seek help from the front desk it would have been nearly impossible as it was understaffed, lineups were perpetually long, and this rating would have been much lower. If there was one thing I could recommend to make it more likely for others to enjoy their stay it would be to download the Caesar's app, complete your pre-check in prior to arrival and utilize the kiosks to check in when on site. We've stayed at the Flamingo for all or part of 6 different trips to Vegas over the years and always enjoy the atmosphere here, its somewhat nostalgic at this point. We stayed August 21st & 22nd in a guestroom on the 26th floor. But it would be nice if they are going to have the stupid useless dispensers for soap and shampoo to make sure they are filled on the daily basis.… The bed is comfortable and the room was clean and those are the two main things. So even though Flamingo has a great location on the strip be prepared for some not so great service when you call. Finally after another call a couple days later they did come and reset the safe. ![]() But when you call and they say somebody will be up shortly and you wait for a couple hours. Yes I understand they cannot do anything with the safe because they are not responsible for anything in it. People do not go to Las Vegas to sit and wait in the room to have maintenance done on the day they arrive or during their stay. Next of all on my arrival day I found the safe did not work so I called and waited and waited. Even though I believe the soap and shampoo is the same thing in both dispensers only one was filled during my stay. I asked the cleaning staff about it and they said they had to talk to their supervisor before they could fill them up… It never did get filled during my five day stay no matter how many times I asked. After one shower, that was the end of the shampoo. The day I arrived I found the soap dispenser was empty I had to call them. These are probably fine if the staff to check and fill them. Next, can they not afford to give you a couple extra pillows instead of only two that are too small for the bed? Now the bathroom, instead of having the individual containers of shampoo, conditioner, soap bars they have taken it upon themselves to put these stupid useless pump dispensers on the wall in the shower and by the sink.
